I started Launch Phase out of a need that I have regularly witnessed business owners struggle with meeting; establishing an online presence. With the online world being the number one way for consumers to connect with businesses, it is extremely important for businesses owners to have a strong online presence so I decided to provide a solution.

I am 100% self-taught in everything that I do; however, I specifically have spent half my life in the service industry and several of those years in middle management of teams in the restaurant industry and the finance industry. Every business eventually faces the idea of getting established online, or improving their exisiting online footprint and the biggest challenge with doing either is knowing first, how to reach the consumers you want to reach and second, how to do that with navigating all the different platforms and options that are out there. The question to answer is, "What is going to help my business the most?" and I'm here to help you answer that.

Having a person dedicated to consistently posting on your social media is helpful, but that alone won't do the job. They also have to know how to create content that draws intresest while alos maintaining your brand within the graphic design, copy, photography & video, and any other piece of content that is published. They have to maintain a particular viewpoint that aligns with your beliefs and the core values of the business. The reason these are both important is because when you combine content creation with brand identity, your business will become more recognizable to the general public and it will be associated with great content, which leads to more traffic.
